the article provides very interesting reading - i enjoyed it - the analogy to the Castle is very apt. I hope something can be done - for example, it seems preposterous to me that EMBO fellowships are awarded for only 2 yrs and
not 3 yrs, it makes a big difference. Thanks for thinking about the problems of science that are afflicting everyday research!
