Polyglutamine toxicity in [pin-] cells

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this article and it is a very nice piece of work. I have noticed that the authors state that Q103 production in [pin-] and dRnq1 is untoxic. However, examination of the results indicates that there is a small degree of toxicity in these strains, albeit it is much less severe than in [pin-] strains. Our recent paper in PLOS One (http://www.plosone.org/ar...) shows that Q103 can polymerize in a [pin-] background, albeit less efficiently than in [PIN+] thus the reason for weak toxicity is quite clear.
