The authors wish to note that Figure 3B is a composite of three gel runs, as follows: - Gel run 1: Lane #1-2, 6-7 - Gel run 2: Lane #3-5 - Gel run 3: Lane #8-10 All three gel runs had the same ladder which is used to identify the position of both gemin3 and tbp-1 bands.
