Earlier this year our group also published paper in Plant Cell showing that Arabidopsis S/MARs are composed of Poly(dA:dT) tracts. While S/MARs are known to be AT-rich, the sequence composition is more specific and rich in Poly(dA:dT). I thought that I should mention it because it is not referenced in this paper.
