Typeset errors found

1. Page 5 Legend to figure 3, line 11: The formula n=log``n``(ori/ter) is not correct. It should be replaced to n=log``2``(ori/ter)
2. Page 10, second column, line 4 from top: “A rough estimate suggests that the ori/ter=2n rate per fork may be down at least one order of magnitude.” The formula ori/ter=2n is wrongly incorporated into the sentence and should be completely taken out from it. The sentence should be: “A rough estimate suggests that the rate per fork may be down at least one order of magnitude.”
