We examine model performance across all included datasets and metrics for 3 different input conditions and a control. Response metrics are denoted on the x-axis, with source datasets included in parentheses. AOC: Area over the growth rate response curve. GR50: Concentration of drug at which growth rate is 50% of maximum response. 0.5uM fit: Growth rate at 0.5uM of tested drug. Emax: Effect of drug on cell viability at highest tested concentration. GRinf: Growth rate extrapolated from asymptote of the growth response curve. GRmax: Growth rate at the highest tested concentration of a drug. EC50: Concentration of drug at which cellular viability is at 50% of maximum response. AUC: Area under the dose response curve.
