The excellent interactive interface, http://www.webidemics.com... is no longer available (as of February 2017). Can the authors or PLoS Computational Biology address this issue and maintain the website please for the purpose of reproducble research?

I am the corresponding author on this paper.
I am glad you like our interactive interface, jsmith110.
The webidemics interface is currently working fine for me, so I think whatever problem you had was either transient and is now fixed, or was with the internet connection on your end.
However, if you are still having problems please comment again with more details other than "[it] is no longer available", and I will try to help further
