A) Expression of myc-CPSF3 in three independent cloned cell lines that were used for the assays. Expression was induced by tetracycline. Tryparedoxin peroxidase (TxNPx) served as a loading control. Before plotting of the regression line and calculation of the correlation coefficient, the data for AN3661 were excluded because it was used at an extremely high concentration.
