PRM-A100 cells grown both in the presence and absence of PRM-A were used to evaluate receptor-mediated, receptor independent and fluid-phase endocytosis. The uptake of ConA (A), transferrin (B) as well as Alexa Fluor 594-dextran 10,000 (C) conjugates were measured and compared with uptake in the parental line.
