The mRNA levels of the STT3 genes in the PRM-A100 cell line cultured in the presence or absence of PRM-A and those of the parental line were determined by RT-qPCR and normalized with regard to the expression of the myosin 1B. Values were calculated from triplicates of three independent experiments.
