A. 263K or HY brain materials were diluted 103-fold into 10% mouse dsNBH or NBH and subjected to ten serial PMCAb rounds with 5-fold dilution between rounds. Prior to electrophoresis, samples were treated with PK. Blots were stained with Ab3531 antibody.
