VACV F4 co-immunoprecipitates with endogenous human RR proteins.

(A) Immunoprecipitation of HR1 in HeLa cells infected with wild-type VACV at a MOI of 10. At 6 h post-infection, cells were lysed and subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with antibodies directed against human R1 (HR1), human R2 (HR2) or human p53R2 (Hp53R2). Normal goat serum was used as a control. (B) Co-immunoprecipitation of F4 with HR1 in the presence or absence of I4. HeLa cells were infected with wild-type (WT) or ΔI4L VACV strains as in (A) and subjected to IP with HR1 or control antibodies 8 h post-infection.
