Cellular localization of tropomyosin-GFP in MgRac1-CA and MgRac1-DN mutants.

Conidia expressing heterologous tropomyosin-GFP from WT (wild-type strain Guy11), MgRac1-CA, and MgRac1-DN were incubated on Gelbond films at 1 h and 24 h and observed by confocal fluorescence microscopy.
