Analysis of EBA-140 in 3D7-A and 3D7-B
(A) Western blot analysis of schizonts extracts (Sch.) or culture supernatants (S.n.) probed with rat anti-EBA-140 antibodies. The same membrane was re-probed with rabbit anti-EBA-175 antibodies to control for the amount of stage-specific material.
