reduction in affinity of RamR to sRamA5 in the presence of excess pI promoter

In the publication, it was stated "Our results show a reduction in affinity of RamR to sRamA5 in the presence of excess pI promoter (Fig. 2B)"
Could anyone point it out how it was shown in Fig 2B? Which lane?
