Correction in anti-PMN (RB6-8C5 antibody) dose given to mice

In several sections of the paper, the amount depicted for the anti-PMN (RB6-8C5 antibody) used for PMN depletion/mouse is indicated as mg. This is a mistake. The correct amount is in μg. The mistake occurred at the time of formatting the text: Greek characters were transformed to Latin characters.
