The study workflow which is supposed to be described by Figure 1 appears to be blank. Perhaps a wrong version of the figure was inserted?

Correction of a minor publication error in less than 300 minutes exhibits a degree of attention to accuracy that is seldom seen in this world. Thank you for taking such good care for your many many readers.
Could this method of watching be applied as well to our microbiomes? We know very little about that yet. Do I really need to support that assertion?
How could we apply open source practices to making this technology much more inexpensive and thus widely available and also facilitate rapid exploitation of the data thus made manifest?
