May I be the first to congratulate you for preparing and publishing this Paper on such an important but challenging area.
As someone who has ongoing first hand involvement in such issues at a *grass roots* level, I truly appreciate and applaud all efforts made to continue to work towards a much more transparent and open landscape.
I truly sense that so much actual progress will continue to be broadly made and societal benefits occur as a direct result of a more open society.
*Research Made Public* very much is a "motto" that underscores the very heart of what drives The Public Library of Science.
I hope this Paper gets the attention that it deserves.
Kind regards,
Graham Steel
