Alpha counts for dose-response inhibition assays are plotted. The Y-axis shows the percentage of the alpha counts normalized to the DMSO control. The X-axis presents the inhibitor concentration. Error bars represent the standard deviation and n = 6 repeats for each concentration. The IC50 values are reported in μM±SEM. Consistent with the in silico binding analysis and free energy computations, the inhibition curves imply that DP9 (in purple) is a stronger inhibitor than DP9o (in green).
