Parameters: μ = 0.001. For Oja and Syn.Scaling: ω(0) = [0.001, 0.001]T, for BCM: ω(0) = [0.2, 0.2]T, ΘM(0) = 0.2, γ = 10 and v0 = 0.2; Synaptic Scaling: y0 = −200, ξ = 0.01.
