A) Stickiness (percentage of auto-active/non-specific preys in the library), B) Strength of true interactors, C) Overdispersion, D) Concentration of true interactors in the prey library, E) Number of replicates, and F) Number of baits. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) and Precision Recall (PR) AUC values were reported for the enrichment, specificity, and in-frame scores.
