The mutation rate used for this measure was 1 mutation per 100 bp per genome. (B) Change in connectivity (comparing generation 2000 to generation 0), measured by the fraction of unique inputs in the network of a given individual. The numbers at the end of each bar represent the connectivity at the end of the simulations. Error bars are the standard error of the mean over 100 independent simulations.
