Parameter values were pa = 0.5, pb = 2.5, and pc = 0.16 (B,C) and pa = 0.6, pb = 2.9, and pc = 0.2 (D,E). Other parameters were the same as in Figure 3A, except for Amax = 10.0 and Tr = 0.75. Conditions of simulation were as described in the legend of Figure 3.
