Functionally important residues including the cysteine residues of the CxxxxC motif of DSR subgroup, the cysteine sulfenic acid of the POR subgroup, and a cysteine residue that binds FAD covalently in cytochrome c sulfide dehydrogenase are colored in blue and highlighted in yellow.
