"init" should be "git init"

There's a small mistake in the instructions for setting up a git repository under "Rule 1":

init ## initialize local repository

should be:

""git"" init ## initialize local repository

Thanks. Yes, we are aware of this. It is an error that was introduced during at the proof stage and did not notice at the time. PLOS Comp Biology staff are trying to get this fixed.
