This is just a quick note to point out that, due to the journal's format, the names of the supplemental files have been changed compared to the names given in the Readme file. To build the code following those instructions you'll need to rename:

Supplement 3: journal.pcbi.1004284.s003.TXT to UnpackCircAdapt.txt
Supplement 4: journal.pcbi.1004284.s004.TXT to PatientDataBuilder.txt
Supplement 5: journal.pcbi.1004284.s005.TXT to PRefBuilder.txt
Supplement 6: journal.pcbi.1004284.s006.TXT to CircAdaptForRelease.txt
Supplement 7: journal.pcbi.1004284.s007.TXT to CircAdaptTools.txt
Supplement 8: journal.pcbi.1004284.s008.TXT to MultiPatchSimulations.txt

The instructions in the Readme file (supplement 2) will then be correct.
