Reviewer #1: This is an important descriptive study of longitudinal trends in ADHD treatment from the ABCD. The study utilizes a sophisticated analytic strategy to examine the relationship between Social Determinants of Health and Treatment Trajectory in a sample of 1585 youth with ADHD. The study has important findings regarding gender differences, impact of ethnic discrimination and social factors, and patterns of medication use or non use.
