Higher education—high school or university; lower education—primary or middle school. Underweight: body mass index < 18.5 kg/m2. Normal weight: 18.5 ≤ body mass index < 25.0 kg/m2. Overweight: 25.0 ≤ body mass index < 30.0 kg/m2. Obesity: body mass index ≥ 30.0 kg/m2.
