Panel two, three and four illustrate the pattern similarity scores for three selected performance metrics: EOF analysis, connectivity analysis of the high phase and FSS based on the high percentiles. Results are shown for three scenarios: Scenario 1 in blue (constant precipitation), scenario 2 in red (constant climate) and scenario 6 in green (constant vegetation).

The analysis is based on the daily spatial similarity scores for 365 days in the three year period (2008–2010) for all six scenarios.
