(A) Zoonotic diseases. RABV relates to the sum of rabies notifications in dogs, cats, and bats (since 2005, only bats were found with RABV). (B) Vector-borne diseases. Arboviruses relate to the sum of dengue, Zika, and chikungunya cases; the last two arrived in Foz do Iguaçu only in 2015. (C) Injuries of venomous animals. Incidents related to bees and caterpillars were omitted from the graphs due to their low occurrence. We transformed the raw data by adding +1 to avoid issues with 0 cases.
