The theory of how Little Flower Hospital Community is sustainable using Glaser’s Six C’s model (Cause, contingency, context, condition, consequence, covariance).
Fig 1 explains the factors contributed to the formation of LFHC. Cause, condition, consequence shows sequential process in which LFHC went through in order to reach its current condition. Contingency shows the background factors and Context elaborates the social environment factors which influenced this process.
