I suspect reference 19 is an error. The more likely intended citation is:
Campbell, PM. (2005) Species differentiation of insects and other multicellular organisms using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry protein profiling. Systematic Entomology 30, 186-190.
