Failure to include current information on melioidosis in Sri Lanka

Melioidosis is now well established as endemic in Sri Lanka. There are many publications on melioidosis in Sri Lanka in international and national journals readily accessible on the web. For example the reference
Corea, E. M., Merritt, A. J., Ler, Y.-H., Thevanesam, V., & Inglis, T. J. J. (2016). Sri Lankan National Melioidosis Surveillance Program Uncovers a Nationwide Distribution of Invasive Melioidosis. The American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, 94(2), 292–298. http://doi.org/10.4269/aj...
Therefore the information in the published article is out of date, at least with regard to Sri Lanka.
