I checked your paper and now I have some comments to improve it:

1) I strongly suggest to have a phylogenetic tree to identification of fungal isolates.

2) Please submit your sequences of the isolates into GenBank and receive accession numbers.

3) Please remove Tables a and 2.

4) To inference of OTUs that you implied in Table 4, it is better you kepp the genus and species level into main text and leave others as suppl. mat.

5) Please remove Figure 4.

1. No proper data for antagonistic activity and screening and final restriction to final four isolates

2. Whether these are growth promoters? provide answer with data

3. Only identification with ITS targeting 560 bp is not sufficient??

4. There is no clarity, strong data for selecting the beneficial fungus??

5. Late blight pathogen is continuously getting patho types?? no data on virulent nature, accession numbers??

Greetings. Exploiting the fungal bioagents for oomycete management is challenging and need of the hour however study does not provide the clarity and scientific soundness for the international readers

1. Soil A and B its biological properties is lacking??

2. Mere ITS targeting 560 bp and conclude the study leads to wrong identification of genera

3. Invitro, short read sequencing without formulation, shelf life, method and number of applications are not carried out

4. English language is poorly written
