Reviewer #1: I would like to thank the authors for this very interesting publication. The main idea itself is of great interest and very refreshing since studies about the whole population of our ED are so rare.

And such a large panel of cases is difficult to study and presents a high risk of limited conclusions but, with a good choice of their point of view and their questions, the authors successfully present relevant datas and relevant conclusions on such a large and heterogeneous population. It opens the path for more studies, which is a great quality for a study. More general "studies in the ED are needed. I wish the authors will be part of it. Regarding the technical details of the manuscript itself, I don't have any specific comment.

Reviewer #2: Despite the fact that the study is technically well designed, I have my reservations about the short time of data collection and the conclusions drawn from this: a similar study 2 months earlier would give a completely different result, both in terms of (lead) times and most frequent complaints
