Please include the following items when submitting your revised manuscript:
If applicable, we recommend that you deposit your laboratory protocols in protocols.io to enhance the reproducibility of your results. Protocols.io assigns your protocol its own identifier (DOI) so that it can be cited independently in the future. For instructions see: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/s/submission-guidelines#loc-laboratory-protocols. Additionally, PLOS ONE offers an option for publishing peer-reviewed Lab Protocol articles, which describe protocols hosted on protocols.io. Read more information on sharing protocols at https://plos.org/protocols?utm_medium=editorial-email&utm_source=authorletters&utm_campaign=protocols. We look forward to receiving your revised manuscript. Kind regards, Haibin Lv Academic Editor PLOS ONE Journal Requirements: When submitting your revision, we need you to address these additional requirements. 1. Please ensure that your manuscript meets PLOS ONE's style requirements, including those for file naming. The PLOS ONE style templates can be found at https://journals.plos.org/plosone/s/file?id=wjVg/PLOSOne_formatting_sample_main_body.pdf and 2. Please review your reference list to ensure that it is complete and correct. If you have cited papers that have been retracted, please include the rationale for doing so in the manuscript text, or remove these references and replace them with relevant current references. Any changes to the reference list should be mentioned in the rebuttal letter that accompanies your revised manuscript. If you need to cite a retracted article, indicate the article’s retracted status in the References list and also include a citation and full reference for the retraction notice. 3. PLOS requires an ORCID iD for the corresponding author in Editorial Manager on papers submitted after December 6th, 2016. Please ensure that you have an ORCID iD and that it is validated in Editorial Manager. To do this, go to ‘Update my Information’ (in the upper left-hand corner of the main menu), and click on the Fetch/Validate link next to the ORCID field. This will take you to the ORCID site and allow you to create a new iD or authenticate a pre-existing iD in Editorial Manager. Please see the following video for instructions on linking an ORCID iD to your Editorial Manager account: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xcclfuvtxQ 4. Please amend either the title on the online submission form (via Edit Submission) or the title in the manuscript so that they are identical. 5. Please amend either the abstract on the online submission form (via Edit Submission) or the abstract in the manuscript so that they are identical Additional Editor Comments: The opinions put forward more comprehensive revision suggestions for this study, mainly including two aspects: 1. Modify the writing of abstract, introduction, and conclusion. 2. Pictures, parameters, discussions and future prospects need to be supplemented. [Note: HTML markup is below. Please do not edit.] Reviewers' comments: Reviewer's Responses to Questions Comments to the Author 1. Is the manuscript technically sound, and do the data support the conclusions? The manuscript must describe a technically sound piece of scientific research with data that supports the conclusions. Experiments must have been conducted rigorously, with appropriate controls, replication, and sample sizes. The conclusions must be drawn appropriately based on the data presented. Reviewer #1: Yes Reviewer #2: Partly Reviewer #3: Yes ********** 2. Has the statistical analysis been performed appropriately and rigorously? Reviewer #1: Yes Reviewer #2: I Don't Know Reviewer #3: Yes ********** 3. Have the authors made all data underlying the findings in their manuscript fully available? The PLOS Data policy requires authors to make all data underlying the findings described in their manuscript fully available without restriction, with rare exception (please refer to the Data Availability Statement in the manuscript PDF file). The data should be provided as part of the manuscript or its supporting information, or deposited to a public repository. For example, in addition to summary statistics, the data points behind means, medians and variance measures should be available. If there are restrictions on publicly sharing data—e.g. participant privacy or use of data from a third party—those must be specified. Reviewer #1: Yes Reviewer #2: Yes Reviewer #3: Yes ********** 4. Is the manuscript presented in an intelligible fashion and written in standard English? PLOS ONE does not copyedit accepted manuscripts, so the language in submitted articles must be clear, correct, and unambiguous. Any typographical or grammatical errors should be corrected at revision, so please note any specific errors here. Reviewer #1: Yes Reviewer #2: Yes Reviewer #3: No ********** 5. Review Comments to the Author Please use the space provided to explain your answers to the questions above. You may also include additional comments for the author, including concerns about dual publication, research ethics, or publication ethics. (Please upload your review as an attachment if it exceeds 20,000 characters) Reviewer #1: In order to improve the performance of broadband PLL based on linear Kalman filter, the time-varying angular frequency of SOGI is input into the system to obtain better filtering effect. The parameters of the system are designed to complete the simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the system has good stability and strong anti-interference ability. The article also needs to be modified before publication: 1 There are too many descriptions of the background in the abstract of the article, which needs to be simplified. One sentence description is OK. 2 Figures 1 and 2 are not fully explained and are recommended to be supplemented. 3 Many parameters are involved in equation 2, but the author only explains K. Please verify whether all parameters are explained. 4 The following explanation of Figure 12 relates to "from Figure 11". The author needs to verify whether the expression is correct. 5 At the end of the results, the discussion part needs to be supplemented. 6 At the end of the conclusion, the author needs to explain the shortcomings of the article and the research to be carried out in the later stage. Reviewer #2: In order to improve the performance of wide-band phase-locked loop based on linear Kalman filter, a second-order generalized integrator is added to the wide-band phase-locked loop based on linear Kalman filter. The experimental results show that the phase-locked loop based on the second order generalized integrator linear Kalman filter can solve the problem that the output phase Angle contains high frequency components when the power supply voltage distortion rate is 10%. In the case of power grid voltage imbalance, it has strong anti-interference ability. This work provides a reference for the establishment of intelligent phase-locking technology of aviation inverter power supply. Please revise the article according to the suggestions below. 1.The description of research background in the abstract is too much, please delete some unnecessary information. 2.The introduction is a bit messy, please organize it into three paragraphs. 3.There is no literature cited in the introduction, which cannot prove the essence of the research purpose and method of the paper, and the author needs to supplement the literature citation. 4.Arrange all the equations in the text and align them. 5.Check the reference label of the picture in the article. There is no Figure 9 in the article at present. 6.What are the defects of the article? The author must summarize the content of the article. Reviewer #3: In the present work, the linear Kalman filter and the SOGI are introduced first. Then, the stability analysis and parameter design of the system are carried out. Finally, a simulation experiment is conducted to verify the effect of the method reported here. The experimental results demonstrate that the PLL based on linear Kalman filter with SOGI can solve the problem that the output phase angle contains high-frequency components when the power supply voltage distortion rate is 10%. Besides, it has a strong anti-interference ability under power grid voltage imbalance. The work presented here provides a reference for the establishment of intelligent phase-locked technology of aviation variable frequency power supply. 1. Add more research results and data in the abstract. 2. Point out the shortcomings of this study. What is the future research direction of this study? 3. Please add the organizational structure of this article at the end of the introduction. 4. Check whether parameter "G" in equation (15) is explained. If it is not explained, add an explanation. 5. The author is requested to add the background of the research on the phase-locking technology of aviation frequency conversion power supply in the conclusion part. 6. The author is requested to explain the numerical values in FIG. 12 in detail before obtaining the research results. ********** 6.
