The major requirement is manuscript is use of control. Zinc salt and chemically synthesized ZnO NPs should be used to justify the use of green synthesized NPs

Overall, manuscript present comprehensive study regarding “Green Fabricated Zinc Oxide Nanoformulated Media Enhanced Callus Induction and Regeneration Dynamics of Panicum virgatum L.” The study is novel that that focuses on the effect of green synthesis ZnO nanoparticles in callogenesis and morphogenesis of the Panicum virgatum which will provide an additional version of using NPs in the field of plant tissue culture. Generally, language of manuscript is good. However, it would be better to review it. Several sentences need revision for their grammar, sentence structures, singularity and plurality. The manuscript can only be accepted if authors completing the revision by properly incorporating data and addressing each comment.

• The abstract has provided concise idea of the research work performed on Zinc nanoparticles against antibacterial, antioxidant and anticancer studies.

• Further, the authors are supposed to provide 1-2 line on future perspectives of this research at the end of the abstract.

• “The current study was focused” is wrong. Revised form should be like this…”The current study focuses on………………………..

• Overall, the introduction provide concise idea of the study performed. The introduction is well written but need improvement in several parts. The different paragraphs need better cohesion and connection.

• Please revise the statement “suited for biomass production for renewable fuels and also fodder” on marginal soils”. It doesn’t sound clear grammatically and scientifically.

• Revise his statement. It has strong root system and delivers unique soil preservation and is well-matched with usual farming practices.

• I think there is mistake with citation. Take a look on the “nm[13 khan 2019]”…..and correct it.

• This field has vast application in different areas such as food, biomedical research, cosmetics, health care, drug delivery.

• The Materials and method section is written very well. The protocols have been discussed in details. The synthesis methods has been fully discussed. Take a look on the structure of sentences, if somewhere week. Revise your sentence structure.

• The results and discussion part of the paper is well written. The authors have fully supported and discussed their results with the previously published data.

• The section is comprehensive and well written. The authors have confirmed the formation, morphology, structure and different other physicochemical properties of ZnNPs through different characterization techniques.

• Cross check all the references and strictly follow author guidelines for formatting.
