Nomogram for predicting 30-day mortality risk in ICU-admitted patients with SIC.

For each patient, locate the value of each variable on the corresponding axis, draw a vertical line upward to obtain the respective points, sum the points of all variables to get the total points, and then draw a vertical line downward from the total points axis to the “30-day Survival Probability” axis to obtain the predicted 30-day survival probability of the SIC patient. Higher total points indicate a higher risk of 30-day all-cause mortality.
