Arrhythmias in cardiogenic shock.

Arrhythmias can be the primary cause of CS or they can appear later as a secondary complication. Bail-out catheter ablation in patients on MCS is an option that should be considered when the heart rhythm disorder is causing a significant hemodynamic compromise and is resistant to other treatment modalities.
