Self-reported subjective cognitive complaints on the HB9 were compared across clinical diagnostic groups (NCI, SCD, MCI with Awareness, and MCI with Anosognosia). Participants with NCI (1.7 ± 1.8) had the lowest HB9 scores while MCI with awareness (7.3 ± 5.8) had the highest HB9 scores. There was no difference in HB9 scores between NCI participants and MCI participants with anosognosia (2.5 ± 4.8), and no difference between SCD (6.1 ± 4.7) and MCI with awareness.
