The code information includes explanations of each code as well as a participant example of each code. The codes in the light orange were created from the survey responses, and the codes in the darker orange were obtained from the interviews. Some of the survey codes, that were not among the top five most common, came up in the interviews and marked an important event for the participant. In this case, we attributed the code to being contributed by the interviews.
