The original database search resulted in a total of 486 studies from six databases searched, including PubMed, ScienceDirect, BMJ journals, ProQuest, Springer, and Cochrane. 410 articles were removed to prevent duplication. A total of 76 articles were filtered, resulting in 36 articles assessed for eligibility and overall analysis. 28 articles were removed due to inaccessibility, resulting in eight clinical trials in the qualitative synthesis.
