Timepoints: -t0: Data collected after consent to determine eligibility, t1: baseline data collected at time of allocation, t1: 8 weeks (immediately post-intervention), t2: 3 months, t3: 6 months, t4: 12 months. mISP = Modified Interactive Screening Program; GAD-7 = Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7; PHQ-9 = Patient Health Questionnaire-9; PC-PTSD-5 = Primary Care Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Screen for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5; and SRRS = Social Readjustment Rating Scale. Specific Outcome variables from AIMs: depression, suicidal ideation, burnout, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, healthy lifestyle beliefs, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and job satisfaction.
