Clinical illness scoring was conducted prior to vaccination (PRE24) and at two points after vaccination (POST24 and POST48). Rectal temperature was measured and blood samples were collected via jugular venipuncture at the time of vaccination (VAX) and at two later time points (VAX6 and VAX30).
