The medical provider will confirm patient diagnosis of FAPD and introduce the study. If a patient is interested, the research assistant will follow-up with the patient and caregiver (in-person at the clinic visit or via phone). The research assistant will perform consent procedures and complete screening measures that were not a part of the patients’ medical visit. After eligibility screening, the patient will be enrolled.
