ROC curve analysis identified a UCVA value of 0.3 logMAR (20/40 in Snellen acuity) or better as the optimal cut-point value of visual acuity required for interpreting the results of the W4d test (ROC area under the curve: 0.654; 95% CI: 0.582−0.720; p < 0.001). A UCVA value of 0.3 logMAR (20/40 in Snellen acuity) or better yielded a sensitivity of 59.26% and a specificity of 65.52%.
