Among 532 patients who underwent bronchoscopy and BAL, 189 patients with diseases not relevant to the objective of this study and 223 who did not undergo a respiratory function test were excluded. Eventually, 120 patients were included in the analysis. PF-ILD: progressive fibrosing interstitial lung disease; BAL: bronchoalveolar lavage.
