IAC = Information and Advice Center. T0 = opening of the new IAC; study enrolment of IAC staff; information collected about all IAC visitors; screening of older adults. T1 = intervention (usual care at the new IAC) which takes place regardless of whether older adults participate in the study. T2 = enrolment of eligible older adults and their informal caregivers as identified in t1. T3 = interviews of participating older adults and informal caregivers; meetings with IAC staff throughout study; survey of external collaborators.
