Abbreviations: RA = rectus abdominis; REO = right external oblique; LEO = left external oblique; RIO = right internal oblique; LIO = left internal oblique; Gmed = gluteus medius; ADD = adductor longus. The significant differences between the exercises were listed in Table 1.
