The threshold cycle (Ct) values of E, RdRP and ORF 1ab region of SARS-CoV-2 in different clinical samples obtained from 130 patients.
The lowest Ct values of all the three target of E, RdRP and ORF 1ab were obtained in combined swab followed by NP, Sputum and Throat swab. Urine, Plasma and Serum samples have not shown any amplification.

Number of samples tested for 15 follow up cases till rRT-PCR showed negative results in two consecutive days sample.
Total number of samples per patients divided by 7 number of samples collected on daily basis gives the number of days the samples were collected for particular patients. Last two days 7 different types of samples were found negative for all the patients.
